  1. Played the free version of it: Astrox. It's great. Carrier here served as escorts for Corporations such as cargo or mining, basically bodyguarding them from pirates or Rival Corporations. Which makes me a mercenary as well as I pick the highest offer

  2. I dunno what to think of this. It kind of comes across as something a carebear (PvE only player) in EVE came up with after getting gangked one too many times. Here's the problem though. People do not play EVE for the mining and the exploration and the making and selling stuff. People play EVE because of the community (toxic as they can be). In a single player game you will never know the exhilaration of traveling all by yourself into a dangerous sector where other players might lie in wait for unsuspecting prey to enter their trap. You'll never know the anxiety and excitement of mining in a sector far from home and worrying that a group of players might suddenly pop in to say hi. You can never experience that feeling of having millions of credits in cargo and managing to escape from a group of nefarious players. You miss out on the joy you get from hauling your goods across half the galaxy and turning a nice profit because one market has better selling prices than another. You miss out of the voice chat constantly keeping you updated of enemy movement in your faction space. You miss out on the fleet battles and hunting gangkers and your first PvP victory. If you can capture all of this in a single player game I will truly be amazed.

  3. great! a pve eve online. i played eve, its not new player friendly at all. i dont mean the game mechanics, ship choices or even limited account for f2p-i mean the people. if your not corp, your dust. i wish more eve players understood this. they want their sandbox to play in, thats fine. but when you make aa system that rewards empires and screws everyone else..i lose interest fast.

  4. Have you checked out the sandbox mode update?! It adds so much more to the game, a chance to create 500 sectors tailored to your taste! Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

  5. What i like best about this game is the commitment of his creator, i have played many space sims and this one even though is still early access has improved a lot since its release, also the dev listens players and works to make the game even more fun, instead of write toxic comments why dont you suggest the dev more game mechanics, new mission or quest in game and so on, come on dudes brainstorm.

  6. graphics really rEALLY need a beef up. I would say the space stations, space vistas are 1/10th of Eve's level of fidelity. Of course i dont expect it to compete with the behemoth CCP, the makers of Eve. But I'm hoping they do beef it up. somewhat ! That whole thing at 11:47 Those space rocks at 18:44 The background ship at 12:20 The skybox at 21:22. Ugh…needs a massive texture upgrade.

  7. this is such an EVE online ripoff its sad. . . they are even too lazy to make their own interface effects. . . .what the hell

  8. This game looks really cool but it says that it needs atleast 2gb vram to run.
I have a Ryzen 5 2500U CPU with Vega gtx graphics APU that only has 256 gb of dedicated vram. I do however have a system ram of ddr4 16 gb where 8 is used by default to fill in for extra vram conversion if need be. The CPU in question is a quadcore which means 16 threaded.

I can play fully modded oldrim at 1600×900 with no shadows at 60fps.
    Should I be fine?

  10. I dont know why i get every single broadcast of yours in my YT notifications. I never commented here before, never was a fan, never been a member nor nothing. I am a Drea fan, sometimes Graystillplays and thats it. I like the kind of games you are playing. Be a little bit more enthusiastic, get yourself 1 or 2 good editors and youll be on it. Still dont understand why i am pushed to your channel.

  11. I’ve played this for ages, kinda ran out of things to do and made millions fairly easily. Pretty cool game though and great concept, but needs more content adding.

  12. Been playing it since it first came out on Kongregate many years ago. Decent time killer but you won't really spend more than 10-15 hours on it. Even then it's mostly what I call a podcast game. Just grinding as my focus is on the podcast I'm listening.

  13. While X-series kinda fills the role of 'singleplayer EVE', having other space sims would be nice. This game, tho.. Don't get me wrong, it's a great thing, but looks way too janky. Mainly the interface, everything is needlessly huge and simplistic. It's a bit unfair to compare single-person project to a game with +15 years of development, but them again – he himself said it. Maybe in a few years it would be nice game – but sadly chances are the game would be abandoned earlier. The sad tale of 'Limit theory' is still fresh
